Evry time I try to dump Monkey Wrench II, right slot, it crashes Windows 7 64 bit (which is a feat to do). I've read here to dump it as left slot? Was hoping the latest firmware upgrade would fix?

I also was reading that you've created a list in MaxFlash to select your dump cart? I don't see that.

Thank you.

There is a problem dumping 'right cartridge' carts with the version of Maxflash Studio that is on the current CDs.

You can download a new version here:

http://www.atarimax.com/flashcart/documentation/

Just scroll down to the very bottom for the updated installer.

There is a pointer mistake in the code for dumping the 8k right cartridge in the user application portion of the program. On all systems except W7-64 this just causes a popup application error and the application will close. For some reason Windows 7-64 thinks this is such a hazardous condition it forces a BSOD with the code "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"

Updating the application package will solve the issue. A firmware or driver update is not required.

This seems to be resolved in the current software package. If it crops up again please let me know.
