Chapter 1: APE for Windows Installation
CD Installation Menu
Your driver installation CD includes a trial version of APE for Windows, version 3.0.0 or better. If you are not already and APE user, you should install the APE for Windows Trial Edition now.
If you are already a registered APE user, you may install the trial version to get started, but the registered features will be unavailable. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a registration update for the newest version of APE.
The APE for Windows software requires a PC running Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows 98, or Windows 95. Windows 95 is supported, but some revisions have no USB support in the OS.
The target PC should also have a CD-ROM drive and working USB port for connection to the interface.
