I have never ordered from Atarimax before. I ordered this last Wednesday and have only received one single email confirming the sale, but no other emails concerning shipping time, tracking, etc.
I emailed
classics@atarimax.com a few times, no response. I called and left a couple VMs for the number 216-577-8329. Also, no response.
Is this the typical customer experience for this business? If so, there is a lot left to be desired.
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me and let me know what’s going on with my order, so I don’t feel like I just dropped 130 bucks out the window.
