I ordered the Ultimate SD cart TWO WEEKS AGO tomorrow Monday.

I have politely reached out to the seller asking him when it is likely to ship but he cannot even dignify me with a response.

I find this totally unacceptable. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email even if it's to say 'it will go out next week'

I am very concerned that given the lack of response, I won't even receive my order.

Has anyone else experienced the same?

I keep repeating.
Steve is a busy guy, only at home at weekends, and if he has time, he does his sales.
He does this as hobby, please be patient.

If you sell something online and accept immediate payment then really there is no excuse whatsoever for not replying to a polite email which I sent. It takes 30 seconds to reply to an email.
If there was a disclaimer that 'orders can take x weeks to send' then fair enough but there isn't

I'm from the Netherlands, so no way in contacting him directly by me also.

But, be patience, the items will arrive, Steven has good quality products and after service.
You just have to wait so now and then for it.....
So have I. Emailed him 5 days ago, still waiting for him to read it.

Hello. I ordered my 5200 ultimate cart FOUR Weeks ago and I have received nothing but crickets when writing to ask for the tracking info. I bought it for a birthday present and thought the two weeks was more than enough lead time. Now with 4 weeks and no answer I am concerned if I have been taken. When I cannot even get a reply to an email, it really concerns me. At least I purchased it in a way that gives me buyer protection so I can recoup my losses. It is a shame too because I had no problem when I bought my Colecovision carts.

It's outrageous. I have never experienced anything like this with a product that has already been developed. Nowhere on the ordering website did it mention a delay in shipment. The fact that emails are being ignored from us both is unacceptable. It takes 30 seconds to reply to an email.

I am over 8 weeks since my order, Dec 15th. Sent 4 emails all with NO reply

Its incredibly concerning and I'm really upset - I bought a Coleco on Ebay specifically to use with this cartridge.

Still no response whatsoever.
How absolutely disgusting and upsetting for the money to be taken and no product or even communication supplied up to this point from the seller.

So on Monday, I received an email from Steven saying that the 'back-ordered item was shipped out today'
I emailed and enquired as to why no mention of the item being on back order was on the website and that I had reached out several times to ask when it would ship but I hadn't had a reply and then a follow up email that just a quick response would have put me at ease but no reply to that either which I find baffling.

Oh well, the USPS tracking says it will arrive in a couple of days so at least its coming now.
