Just ordered my AtariMax 5200 Ultimate SD Cartridge today, but I don't recall seeing a shipping time during the purchase process.

Where do these things ship from, and when should I expect delivery?

Can anyone confirm if an order confirmation email is sent after purchasing the 5200 SD cart? Money online shops send a confirmation email with estimated shipping time but didn’t receive one.
