Yes, but only with -R2 or -RE rom versions of MyBIOS. With the FLASH versions (-FE, -F2) it won't work, since RealDos and flash versions of MyBIOS both use OS-Ram.
And... (very important) you need to startup RealDos then with the HighSpeed SIO from RealDos switched off (there is a keycombination for that IIRC) ... As soon as this dos wants to use it's own SIO-Vector, then you are lost with MyBIOS.
(This is not a fault of MyBIOS, but IMHO a fault of RealDos)
If you don't want all the stupidness of the high-speed-routine of RealDos you'd better used SpartaDOS 3.3a, which is perfect. Runs great on -RE and -R2.
