Commando... didn't I post that one here?

http://atariage.com/forums/topic/224834 ... try2982552

Bomb Jack / Bomb Jake:

Not possible so far... I don't have the dump and the fellow that is producing/selling the game doesn't answer my mails (isn't that the Gr8 fellow) ...

It's a special cartridge; asked some people who have the cart to look inside. A lot of digital components there... so it is not easy to convert this one.

Here is a patched version of Tower Toppler.

The one I converted first was a version with glitches (original dump of the pre-release cart)

But Fandal was so kind to fix that cart.

So I converted the fixed car Fandal created.

Have fun.

Err... Silly question...
How to handle the .r16 files?

Thanks. Yes, I already downloaded that, but since I hadn't set up FAT32 yet, I hadn't unzipped it, and didn't know if it had been updated with all the files attached below your attachment.

It's much appreciated. I just got side-tracked with finding an individual game file because it wasn't readily apparent. Maybe a list of the files included in the zip could be added to the first post for future users? Or if it's all the XEGS carts, then just say so. Thanks again!

A bit off topic, but I'm just thinking of it while thinking about collecting all the .R16 files; this forum seems to have all the information regarding MyIDE 2 needed within it's pages, but it is all spread out over multiple pages worth of threads and it makes it difficult to find answers to newbie questions and the same questions probably get asked over and over again because the member had no luck finding the answer scouring dozens and dozens of threads. I was thinking that maybe a FAQ could be put together and just have it pinned as one of the top topic threads in the forum?

For who is interested, this is another version of Mario, also for MyIDE ][ of course!

This one took me also a lot of time. The AtariMax 1Mbit version of the game was using the stack as RAM for misc. routines. Due to my usual solutions the stackpointer got too low, and important code was overwritten due to that.
I found a workaround, and I guess the games runs fine now.

Have fun!

Thanks for these!

I don't think the XEGS version of donkey kong is different from the standard.

I am wondering if a .R16 conversion could be made of this TBXL XEGS rom?

I had a quick look at the file.
It's not something I want/can modify.
Seems like a odd disk copy saved to cartridge and the cartridge loads as if it is DOS.
Turbo basic is loaded from a "file" from the cartridge, same goes for the compiler.
No idea how to hack this into to a workable R16 layout...

Grtz,
Sijmen.

OK, I appreciate you having a look. I'll just stick to disk TBXL or Basic XE and other OSS roms you patched, thanks a million for those! 8)
