That was one of my main goals in rewriting the Atari-OS.
I tried booting Ulysses disk #2 and #3:
Disk #2 ends in a blue screen and disk #3 is a backup tool.
I think you need to copy them again to image space.
Now I'm positive something went wrong there.
Since the other disk-set works and I can't reproduce the black screen.
Perhaps you should strip the filename from special characters.
This give issues too. I used the manager, not the command-line.
I remember there is also a copy function to image-space with padding.
Adding zero's to fill the ATR to a complete disk.
But it could well be, the windows-overlay now works, Microsoft mysteries.
Give it another try and/or use the same directory-structure as I have.
