Hi there

I realise this may not be a normal use of forums, but I'm slightly desparate! I placed an order for a MyIDE-II Compact Flash Cartridge together with a
1GB or Greater CompactFlash Card on 17th November 2017. My order number is ATARIMAX-17118. It's now nearly 2 months later and nothing has arrived, and I've sent repeated emails to classics@atarimax.com without getting a response.

Is anyone able to advise / put me in touch with a suitable contact?

Many thanks

Sharif

Hi Sharif,

I know Steve can be busy and appear to be slow, but this is extraordinary.
So, keep emailing or give him a call.
But don't worry, you get your goods, he is a good guy.

Grtz,
Sijmen.

Yes, Steve will always send your items and reply.
He is a very busy guy, so you have to be patience from time to time.
Thanks for the feedback.

Sijmen.

I have the same issue. Bought in the past and no issues whatsoever. This time it’s another story. I asked in advance shipping delay & transit times because I depend on others in the US bringing things over to my country. He said 1-3 days, so I purchased. This was on a friday, and while I had all the following week, it never arrived. Kept sending emails to Steve with no answer, at one point he answers saying it was dropped at fedex, but no number was given. This stardted in January 20. More silence, then I get an email from a “stamps.com” address with a tracking number, that 1) seems to be update every week with luck, and 2) is nit from fedex as he had stated but from usps, and 3) it does no not seem to have been sent to the US address I specified, but to my country instead (south america).
The last “update”on this site just says “shipping label created”, and if I try it at usps, latest update is from Feb 19 (6 days ago) and still listing some “partner” transits and not ever having reached usps yet. Meanwhile I keep writing to Steve to no avail...

Not really sure what to do at this point.

Sorry mate, this is apparently the current situation with Steve.
I have no idea why he does it the way it goes now....
You can give him a call?
Beside this, don't worry about your item, you get it in the end.
He is a honest guy.
