I can think of two more, Incredible Labratory (a chemistry game) and Story Machine (lets you write and watch stories). I would also consider some music programs educational, like a Rhythm program that lets you record different instruments and tracks.
File attached with these 3.

There was an educational (but for very young ages) cartridge called Kindercomp. I remember it from 1983 or so - but don't seem to have an image for it. Not very helpful I know.
*** EDIT ***
Here's the ROM image for it.

Playful professor and alphabet zoo bring back loads of memories!
One thing I see missing is states&capitals! With that program, my 800xl helped me to ace some tests back in the 80s. If I recall correctly, there was one for europe as well. Unfortunately, I no longer have them, so I don't recall if they were basic or binary..

Yeah - I had States & Capitals. At school, we had something similar on the Apple 2 computers, but all text based (made me think the Apples were shit - this would have been ack in 83 )
The games were basic. You want copies?

Btw - how could you forget...
Walt Disney - Mickey in the Great Outdoors
I believe there was a disk version of this, though my memories of it were very painful! When my dad got our first 800XL in the end of 83, this was the only "game" we had, on cassette no less! It seriously took like 45 minutes to load it, which is like a million years to a kid. The 1010 tape drive we had was very unreliable until my father took it apart, reverse engineered a schematic of it and made some improvements to it. As bad as the 1010 was, it was lightyears better than dealing with cassettes on our Timex/Sinclair ZX81
