I'm recently new to the scene. I recently got some files to put on my 8MBIT Flash Cart. I've had success adding the files to my library, however I can't seem to get K files to load into the library. I am getting an error when I try. Example: Mr. Do! (1984)(Datasoft)[k-file]. Error loading file "Mr. Do! (1984)(Datasoft)[k-file].atr" for slot #33, ATR header error, declared size 80144 different from actual size 40080.
Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to convert the file in order to get it to work?
Thanks in advance!

k-files are shortened atr (disk images). It basically is a .exe file with a short loader as bootable disk. To reduce size, they often cut off empty sectors.
It means the 16 byte header in the atr-file that says what type of disk it is, is incorrect looking at the file size.
If I remember correctly, there is a option to pad/correct atr-files.
