This is one game that will take up the 8mbit cart space.

A lot of time and effort has gone into this - enjoy!

In brief - it's a shooter that alternates between vertical and horizontal scrolling levels and uses more graphic modes than any other Atari game. (which appear later on, than sooner) and it is a big game.

Instructions provided.

Demos of it as a work-in-progress had been posted up on Youtube - as GTIABlast!

Hi Harvey,

Just returned to the Atari 8-bit scene after a while, just programmed my 8mb cart with your EXCELLENT game! So glad to see you (and others!) still supporting the great Atari 8-bit in 2016 - thank you!

Dom

Thanks Dom (and others too) for their comments.

Here is some 1990 nostalgia - another game that will occupy the space of a 8mbit flashcart.

Hawkquest in NTSC - fully working.

All the info and download is here...

http://atariage.com/forums/topic/257909 ... t-version/

Previously, this was a PAL only game.
In brief - this came out on two diskettes using the 4 disk sides = 360k of game.
It is a 2 game concept in which you alternate between the main and secondary games - with game saves available. There are 2 levels - in which the main game remains the same, but the secondary game is different for Levels 1 and 2 - meaning unique.
If you were disappointed with Xevious and Flak - well, Hawkquest tries to do better?

I decided to make a label that fits perfectly on the front and top of the AtariMax Cart!

I made up one myself, looks great!
Download it here and print some off!
