Well, I finally bought a 3D printer (XYZPrint DaVinco 1.0) and decided my USB SIO2PC needed a case. It's not perfect but it was my first design. I don't have holes for the LEDs yet, as I need to get some new ones and keep the legs longer. I'll post more pics when I finish it.

If anyone is interested, I will share the STL files for anyone to print. This printer is not setup for any kind of large scale work, so I have no plans to make any to sell.

That's very nice! Good job!

One question -- how long did the actual printing process take? And how long to create the control files?

Thanks - I was happy with it for a first attempt. The printer I have is certainly no speed demon. I am using ABS material, and I printed this case at the fine .2mm resolution, and solid. It took just under 2 hours to print. The stl file I created was sliced in under 2 minutes.
