Is there anything similar to the SIO2PC for the Atari ST?

There is 800XLDJ which is SIO2PC on the ST.

I dont believe there is a ST2PC type program, you basically need a SASI/SCSI HD adapter to access mass storage on the ST.

Well, there is Ghost Link.. You only need a null modem cable but it does not work the same, you cannot boot from a disk image...
You mount your PC harddisk (or CD, whatever) on your ST like a Megafile etc. You can of cource open a msa write program on the ST and open a msa file (Atari ST disk image) from the PC and write it to a floppy.
