I received my cart the other day and was super excited to try it out. I installed the software and drivers on my laptop and connected the cart directly to on-board USB. I added a few games with no errors, and disconnected the cart from the cable and plugged it in to the console. To my dismay there was no BIOS or menu, just a green screen from the 5200. I tried to load a blank workbook as listed on the troubleshooting link on the documentation site, still just a green screen. I've also tried connecting the cart to my PC to flash, still no joy. Is there anything I can do to get this to work, or do I have to send it back to be fixed? EDIT 7/3/2013 Thanks for sending me an email Steve. The cart is on it's way back. EDIT 8/7/2013 Got the repaired cart back the other day. All is working as it should. Thanks Steve! |
