i just got me a couple Maxflash USB Cartridge Programmers and was wondering
where i can get the latest and newest menu related items that are on the two
myide-ii's i have here so i can customize my own?

MyBIOS (20130105)
Atarimax FAT32 Loader (20130224)
MyIDE-II Hardware Diagnostics
MyDOS 4.53 Rescue Loader
Disable Cartridge and Coldstart
