For the IDE-to-CF adapter: -connect IDE pin 20 to 5 volt. The adapter (my link to ebay) does not need a power-cable. 5 volt on pin 20 is OK. Please upload a picture to verify!
On the example PCB from my homepage: -connection 2 is 5 volt. -connection 1 is 0 volt.
Your IDE-to-SD needs a power connection. Look good to your adapter, IDE has no pin 20!
Power connector on PCB +--- 5 volt +--- 0 volt +--- 0 volt (NOT CONNECT) +--- 12 volt (NOT CONNECT

Nice it works Yes, put the SD in and powerup. Hold START+SELECT+OPTION Follow the quick-quide. Did you read the manual? Firmware 4.7.05 ? Later, Sijmen.

From the manual:
QUICK-START (MyDOS): This is a quick guide how to setup your system with 2 logical drives and image-space. Suitable for the average user working with MyDOS.
· Put the MyDOS disk in drive #1 (Physical drive or sio2pc/Ape). · Boot your Atari while holding START+SELECT+OPTION. You should enter the MyIDE_MENU. If the IDE-device is new/unused, there may be garbage on the screen. · Press I* (init) and wait until it has detected the drive geometry. *) Hold –shift- for manual CHS input, hold –control- for manual image input, or both. If the device supports PIO-8 and has enough room, you will be asked to create a FAT32-area **). FAT32 will roughly be 50% of the media. **) After completion of the init-routine the extra partition is usable on your PC. You need to format the partition on the PC. For SIDE-users selecting FAT32 will automatically reserve half the FAT32-space for APT. After init the bottom line shows the CHS, Image, PIO-8 values of your device. Please check CHS-values, do a manual CHS input when wrong. · Press M (Make), <enter> (Drive #), 720 <enter> (Sectors #), S (density). Name: BOOTPART (example) This is your primary boot partition for system-related software. There is not a drive-ID attached to it, since we can’t boot from it yet. · Press M (make), 2 (Drive #), 65535 (Sectors #), D (Density). Name: MYDOS <enter> (example). This is your data partition. Use it for non-system files. [On small drives it's possible that you get less then 65535 sectors. This is the] [space below the area reserved for images. You need this given value to correctly] [configure MyDOS. Alternatively you can increase space by using control-I and add] [blocks of 256 cylinders. This will reduce space for images] · Press ESC (exit), then Y (save). This will save and perform a powerup of the Atari. [It should boot MyDOS from D1:] · Wait for the DOS menu. · Press HELP, this will enter the MyIDE-MENU. · Press C (Change) A (Partition) 1 (Drive #). [We want to enable D1: on IDE.] · Press ESC (exit), then Y (save). [You will safely return to the MyDOS menu.] · Configure D2: as high capacity. Press O 2 N Y Y 65535(*) enter. *)enter the correct amount of sector if your partition is not 65535. If you forgot the value, press HELP to see and ESC/N to return. · You can disable verify for faster write. Press V, then N. · Format D1:. Format D2:. Write DOS-files to D1: [DONE]
For safety reasons, I then protect partition A (D1:), just in case… (HELP, T, A, ESC, Y)
That’s all. System now is bootable from D1: assigned to IDE.
